ListingAI ("ListingAI," "we," "us," or "our") is a software platform that helps real estate agents and brokerages generate AI-powered property listing descriptions, social media posts, and email templates. We are operated by KS Ventures LLC.

When you generate a listing, social post, or email template, the property details you entered are sent to Anthropic's API to power the AI generation. This is the core function of the service. Anthropic processes this data under their own Privacy Policy. We do not send your account credentials or personal profile data to Anthropic — only the property details needed to generate content.
All data is stored and processed on AWS infrastructure in the US East (Virginia) region. This includes Amazon DynamoDB (database), Lambda (compute), Cognito (authentication), SES (email), S3, and CloudFront. AWS operates under their own Privacy Policy.
When you use the Share feature, a public listing page is created containing the property's listing description and your agent contact information (name, brokerage, phone, email — as entered in your profile). Anyone with the link can view this page. You control this by choosing whether to share and can delete shared listings at any time.
If you are part of a business account, your name, email, and role are visible to other members of your team.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
We retain your account information and listing history for as long as your account is active. If you delete a listing, it is removed from our database including its associated share record. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at kyle@realestatelisting.ai and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your account is protected by Amazon Cognito's authentication system, which handles password hashing and secure session management. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply standard AWS security practices including encryption at rest for DynamoDB tables. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a security issue, please contact us immediately at kyle@realestatelisting.ai.

California residents and EU/EEA residents may have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
ListingAI is intended for use by real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
